THE WHEEL IS THEN SENT OFF TO BE DIAMOND CUT TO REMOVE ALL KERBING AND DAMAGE TO EXTERIOR FACE...

STEP 3
A LOW TEMPERATURE LAMP IS THEN USED TO HEAT THE AREA.
STEP 3.
PRIMER IS THEN APPLIED AND LEFT TO DRY.
STEP 4.
THE BASECOAT (COLOUR) IS MATCHED AND APPLIED.
STEP 5.
FINALLY, A CLEAR COAT LACQUER IS APPLIED.

Stripping the wheel of the existing finish must be done prior to any work. This allows for the ultimate adhesion of the new finish. This also allows all the damages to be assessed for repair. A chemical approved for stripping alloy wheels is used so there is no worry about damage to the wheels.
